Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized (RBD) Oil is usually made from copra, dried coconut kernel, which is pressed in a heated hydraulic press to extract the oil. This yields practically all the oil present, amounting to more than 60% of the dry weight of the coconut.
RBD COCONUT OIL is used in the production of toilet soaps, methyl ester, biodiesel, animal feeds, oleo chemicals. In the food industry, it is used in the manufacture of coconut-based specialty fats such as margarine, shortening, creaming fats, ice cream fats, and coffee creamers. It is also widely used as an ingredient in cosmetics and personal care products.
